Payment
We accept PayPal and Google Wallet.

Google Wallet is a new service that allows buyers in over 140 countries make online shopping faster, more convenient and secure. Google Wallet securely stores your payment information and makes purchasing online fast.
If you've used Google Wallet or Google Checkout before, all you need to do is login with your Google username and password to buy from us.
If you're using Google Wallet for the first time, just fill out the single page of information when you make your purchase. After that, you'll only need your Google Wallet login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy.
When you pay with Google Wallet, you can track all of your orders in one place.
Shipping
All products we ship in a box or envelope by USPS Mail Service.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- Priority Mail (2-3 business days delivery)
including insurance and delivery confirmation
- Express Mail (1-2 business days delivery)
including insurance and delivery confirmation
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Priority Mail (6-10 days delivery)
including insurance and delivery confirmation
- Express International order (3-5 days delivery)
including insurance and delivery confirmation
NB: On your request we can send your order by First Class Mail (approximately 10-15 days delivery). Delivery confirmation and insurance are not included. Please contact us if you want choose this option and we will adjust a shipping cost in your invoice
Refunds and Exchanges
It is difficult to purchase wedding items over the Internet and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please measure yourself carefully.
To insure your color choice you can make order of fabric and feather swatches.
Please obtain RMA number prior to return goods back to us.
You can obtain RMA number by e-mail: rma@morobridal.com.
Please print this number on top of shipping package.
5 business day Exchange / Refund Only.
Unfortunately we can not accept refund / exchanges after 5 days since all items are special occasion wear. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us.
Refund for items returned within 5 business day will be through the original payment method and may take up to two weeks.
Restocking fee for returned items is 20%.
Exchange / Refund Terms and Conditions:
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs
- Buyer pays for any price difference between exchanged items
- The item must be shipped back within 5 days
- Item(s) must be shipped back in the original box or a similar box to protect it during shipping
- It is recommended that a courier with tracking information be used
- The exchange / refund will be granted once the item has been returned, inspected, and deemed that it's in original brand new condition (including no makeup on the items as well).
